Job Description

As a Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the Azure & Cloud Solutions capability, and you will contribute to development of cloud-native solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Build innovative solutions for our customers delivering them business value.
• Design and develop Azure cloud-native applications with underlying microservices Azure-based architecture.
• Provide consulting and support to our customers, mapping their business processes, capturing their requirements, and bringing them to reality.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional development.
• Work comfortably using agile methodologies and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) techniques.
• Collaborate within a supportive team, working with blue-chip customers on exciting projects.
• Work internationally with colleagues from across Europe.
• Participate in customer and community events to spread the spirit of Azure cloud solutions.
• Act as technical lead (to other team members).

Qualifications

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Core Frameworks: Expert-level knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Front End: Strong experience with Blazor or React.
• Azure Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS (App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• API Development: Deep understanding of RESTful services and WebAPI.
• Data: Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL (Cosmos DB).
• DevOps: Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Architecture: Strong grasp of Design Patterns, Dependency Injection, and Microservices architecture.
• Technical leadership on projects
• Experience in mentoring other team members
• 6+ years of overall development experience, focused on Azure cloud-native applications and/or integrations
• Extensive experience in defining, documenting, and delivering cloud-native application designs.
• Current Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900 & AZ-204) are held or currently being pursued.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Strong consulting skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness.

Preferable and bonus skills:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Knowledge of Bicep or Terraform.
• Containerisation: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Testing: Experience with unit testing (xUnit/NUnit) and mocking frameworks (Moq).
• Mobile: Exposure to mobile application development (MAUI/Xamarin).
• Languages: German or French language skills are a “nice to have”.
