Marketing Manager - Practice Areas
About LEAP
LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Management Solutions in the world and is part of ATI - one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years, our curiosity and commitment to continual improvement has kept us reimagining productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support our guiding purpose, to âHelp lawyers who help peopleâ. The market-leading software we develop and support is used by more than 71,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium-sized law firms.
Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, youâll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 1,000 smart, caring and ambitious âLEAPstersâ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, youâll find yourself in good company here.
Meet the Marketing team
Our AU marketing team builds the demand, brand and pipeline behind LEAPâs growth across Australia. We work in close partnership with sales, our Practice Area of Law teams, and our global marketing function. Weâre a small, ambitious team that ships meaningful work fast and backs each other to do it well, and weâre now at a point where thereâs more growth in front of us than hands to chase it. Thatâs where you come in.
What youâll do
As our Marketing Manager â Practice Areas, youâll lead the strategy and own marketing for LEAP AUâs Practice Areas of Law. Practice Area marketing is a growing priority for LEAP AU, and youâll build it into a real point of difference across six practice areas. A big part of the job is taking new releases to market: as each practice area ships apps and features, youâll run the go-to-market that gets them in front of the right practitioners. Around that, youâll own practice area positioning and drive the content, podcasts, CPD events and social that build LEAPâs voice in each field and turn awareness into real adoption of our solutions.
Reporting to the AU Marketing Lead and based in Sydney with a hybrid working model, youâll work closely with our Practice Area teams and the practising lawyers who lead each practice area, and partner day to day with our Visual Designer â Practice Areas to give each practice area a look and feel that matches its message. Youâll also be a senior member of the wider AU marketing team, helping shape marketing strategy, campaign planning, brand and the broader marketing calendar beyond the practice areas, and lending your experience wherever the team needs it.
Your content will live on our website, a headless CMS built on Storyblok, and reach practitioners through our Salesforce and Pardot campaigns. Our team has already put an early framework and process in place, so you wonât be starting from a blank page. Because the function is still young, youâll start hands-on. In the early days youâll work across the whole mix, from strategy and positioning to writing, events, podcasts and getting launches out the door. As practice area marketing proves its value, the role and the team will grow with it, and youâll help shape the structure, the people and the direction as it does.
To make this happen, you will:

Location: Daily Mail Headquarters, Derry Street, HSK, London, W8 5HY
Position: Full Time/ Permanent/Hybrid â 4 days per week in the office
About the role
The Lead Commercial Video Producer leads commercial video production across DMG New Mediaâs brands. This is a hands-on senior role: you will produce your own projects, whilst you will also lead a small in-house team of Commercial Video Producers, building the processes they work to and representing commercial production across the business.
You will work closely with the commercial creative team, who develop and pitch responses to client briefs, and our commercial project management team, who own the client relationship and the campaign timeline. Your team will be involved in those processes, and take full ownership once a brief is won, taking the idea-as-sold and developing and producing it into high-performing branded content that seamlessly delivers client needs in our own tone of voice, sitting comfortably on the channel itâs published on.
Youâll also own branded content compliance for commercial video, making sure every production is delivered to a high standard, safely, on-time, within-budget and legally compliant.
Our productions are built for social: everything we make is built for the feed, from how itâs shot to how itâs cut, and youâll bring deep experience of producing native, platform-first branded content.
How we deliver
Our brands already have editorial producers and in-house creators making video every day, so the right way to deliver a commercial project changes from job to job. Broadly, our Commercial Video Producers work in two ways:

Leads Tubiâs consumer and brand communications strategy, shaping earned media, cultural storytelling, campaigns, and product narratives.
About the Role:
Tubi is looking for a Director, Consumer & Brand Communications to help shape how one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms shows up in culture.

The right person deeply understands how earned attention works today. They know how to tell a story that can travel through journalists, creators, communities, social conversation, partnerships, and unexpected cultural moments: and how those channels can work together to change what people understand about a brand.

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager owns two connected mandates: generating partner-sourced demand, and building the partner capability to convert it. On demand, the role leads channel and co-marketing planning and manages the programs that fund and feed the partner pipeline â MDF/PDF, lead sharing, trial campaigns, and annual joint marketing planning. On capability, it designs, delivers, and measures the enablement programs that equip partners to sell Chaos products effectively, owning readiness, onboarding, ongoing training, and certification against the product portfolio and commercial strategy.
Main Responsibilities
Partner marketing:
Work closely with the Channel Managers to understand business goals and planned revenue growth per territory and region, and translate those targets into partner marketing plans and channel-only campaigns where they make commercial sense.
Deliver consistent, high-quality partner communication - owning the partner newsletter, portal updates, and release communications to ensure partners are informed and engaged.
Build annual joint marketing plans with strategic partners: agreeing objectives and activities per partner, supporting and tracking execution through the year, and reporting on performance quarterly and annually.
Run the Partner Development Fund (PDF) program: review and approve requests, support and track funded activities, and report on return.
Manage the Partner Trial Program and other lead-sharing initiatives, with accountability for partner follow-up and conversion, not just lead volume.
Support alignment across the go-to-market organisation on behalf of the channel marketing: working with Product Marketing, Direct Sales, and other GTM teams to keep partner-facing plans, campaigns, and release communication moving in step, and to represent partner needs in cross-team planning.
Maintain positive and productive relationships with channel partners and the Channel Managers, acting as the marketing point of contact for the partners in scope.
Partner enablement:
Own the partner training cadence and the partner-facing Learning Management System (LMS): maintain the curriculum, retire outdated content, publish new modules alongside product releases, and keep certification requirements current.
Design and deliver partner enablement programmes, building role-based learning paths, sales plays, and certification paths for sales-facing partner audiences.
Create and commission enablement assets - product documents, competitive battle cards, and objection handling - drawing on Product Marketing, Solutions and Direct Sales for source material.
Deliver 1:1 and small-group workshops and live sessions for priority partners alongside regional Channel Managers, acting as a trusted advisor on product positioning, customer use cases and best-practice selling motions.
Track engagement and performance metrics across training, certification and enablement content, and use them to improve program effectiveness.
Required Experience
5+ years in channel or partner-facing roles: channel marketing, partner enablement, channel management, or a mix.
Experience working with an indirect sales model: resellers, VARs, distributors, with hands-on experience building joint marketing plans with individual partners and owning recurring partner-facing communication such as a newsletter, portal, or resource hub.
Hands-on experience managing MDF, co-op funds, or a comparable partner marketing budget, including approvals and performance reporting.
Experience building and running training programmes or certification paths for a sales-facing audience, and delivering workshops or live sessions with confidence.
Experience creating partner-facing product documentation, competitive battle cards, and sales plays.
Experience working alongside a channel or indirect sales team, translating commercial targets into partner marketing activity and reporting on revenue contribution.
Advantageous: software or SaaS vendor environment; multi-region scope; familiarity with 3D, design, AEC, or media & entertainment markets.
Working knowledge of marketing and enablement tooling: LMS platforms, PRM or partner portals, marketing automation, and CRM reporting.
Required Skills
Manage multiple concurrent partner programmes and stakeholder relationships without losing pace or accuracy: track commitments, surface risks early, and keep cross-functional workstreams moving in parallel.
Applies commercial and analytical thinking, comfortable working with data and acting on what it shows.
Influence without authority, across independent partner businesses and internal GTM teams.
Clear, structured written and verbal communication, including presenting plans and results.
Strong editorial judgement: able to brief, adapt, and quality-check partner-facing content and enablement materials.
Relationship building across cultures, with a service-oriented but goal-driven approach to partners.
Professional verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
We welcome people who value teamwork, stick to their commitments and are curious to explore new ways for achieving mastery. If you believe that you are a good match for the job, just send us your CV in English.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Confidentiality of all applications is assured.
