Mavericks Wanted

When was the last time you achieved the impossible? If that thought feels overwhelming, you might want to pause here, but if it sparks excitement…read on

In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible.

Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you’re someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we’ll ask ”why not?” and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.

What You’ll Do

You will report to the VP & GM EU Center and work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, Supply Chain and Finance, as well as global commercial teams, to drive strategic initiatives that support BridgeBio’s mission of delivering transformative medicines to patients with genetic diseases and genetically driven cancers. Your primary purpose will be to build and lead the commercial organisation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, preparing and executing the launches in ADH1 and achondroplasia and building the foundation for future indications. You will lead the field force, including Disease Network Specialists who will move into Key Account Manager roles after launch, and drive the local adaptation of disease awareness and marketing materials, the local execution of customer service offerings, and forecasting and demand planning, with a focus on pre-launch readiness in 2027, followed by launch execution and growth. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and impact. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in rare disease commercial leadership and launch execution with strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

  • Field force leadership: Build, lead and develop the commercial field team across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including the move from pre-launch disease education to key account management after launch
  • Launch readiness and execution: Own the commercial launch plans for ADH1 and achondroplasia in each country, and set up a model that can take on future indications
  • Local marketing adaptation: Adapt global disease awareness and marketing materials to local needs, languages and regulations, and take them through local review and approval
  • Customer service offerings: Ensure flawless local execution of HCP service offerings, together with Medical Affairs and external vendors
  • Forecasting and demand planning: Own the local forecast and demand plan, align it with Supply Chain and Finance, and track performance against plan
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Advocacy so that launch, access and field activities are coordinated in each country
  • Compliance and governance: Make sure all commercial activities comply with HWG, the Austrian Medicines Act (AMG), the Swiss Therapeutic Products Act (HMG) and the industry codes in each country, and that clear boundaries are kept with medical activities

Where You’ll Work

  • This is a field-based leadership role based in Germany, ideally in the Munich area, covering Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Approximately 50% travel is anticipated for field visits, customer meetings, congresses and internal meetings, including regular visits to our Zug office

Who You Are

  • Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or business. An advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD) is a plus
  • At least 12 years of commercial experience in pharma or biotech, including at least 5 years leading field teams, ideally in rare diseases, endocrinology or paediatrics
  • Proven track record of at least one successful launch in Germany, ideally a rare disease or orphan drug launch, with experience in Austria and/or Switzerland a strong plus
  • Positive, inspiring and tenacious leader, experienced in biotech build-out environments, solution-driven and hands-on, with high integrity
  • Solid knowledge of forecasting, demand planning and P&L management, and of how pricing and reimbursement (AMNOG, EKO, SL) shape the commercial plan
  • Comfortable using digital engagement channels and driving productivity with AI tools
  • Fluent German, and fluent English to work effectively with international and US-based colleagues
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

Rewarding Those Who Make the Mission Possible

  • We have high expectations for our team members. We make sure those working hard for patients are rewarded and cared for in return.
  • Market leading compensation
  • Hybrid work model - we value your flexibility in how you work, but encourage time in the office to strengthen our culture, collaboration, and sense of community
  • We provide career development through regular feedback, continuous education and professional development programs
  • We celebrate strong performance with financial rewards, peer-to-peer recognition, and growth opportunities

  • Market leading compensation
  • Hybrid work model - we value your flexibility in how you work, but encourage time in the office to strengthen our culture, collaboration, and sense of community
  • We provide career development through regular feedback, continuous education and professional development programs

Sales Director of MSSP Sales, EMEA at ExtraHop

Leads EMEA MSSP and MDR sales strategy, partner acquisition, commercial models, co-selling, and recurring revenue growth.

Exec Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At ExtraHop, we’re on a mission to protect and empower the connected enterprise. We reveal what is happening in the very infrastructure that sustains businesses, lives, and communities, and ensure the integrity of networks, data, systems, and processes. Organizations rely on ExtraHop to provide visibility into the cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and network performance issues that evade their existing security and IT tools. With this insight, organizations can investigate smarter, stop threats faster, and keep operations running.

Our mission is fueled by a profound social and moral responsibility to be the best at what we do, ensuring a secure world where everyone can thrive. If this sounds like a place you’d like to spend the next chapter of your career, we’d love to hear from you.

The Director, MSSP Sales, EMEA will architect, build, and scale ExtraHop’s dedicated MSSP and MDR business across EMEA. As ExtraHop continues to dominate the Network Detection and Response (NDR) space, this leader will transform how managed service providers leverage the Reveal(x) platform to deliver high-fidelity threat detection and response to their end customers. You will own the entire lifecycle of the MSSP relationship: from strategic partner acquisition and commercial modeling to technical enablement and co-selling execution

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Commercial Modeling:

  • Define the Go-To-Market (GTM): Design and execute a comprehensive EMEA strategy specifically targeting top-tier MSSPs and MDR providers.
  • Structure MSSP Frameworks: Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations to design scalable, competitive commercial models (e.g., consumption-based pricing, multi-tenant licensing, pay-as-you-grow, and subscription models).
  • Value Proposition: Refine ExtraHop’s messaging to clearly articulate how our platform reduces MSSP analyst burnout, lowers mean time to resolution (MTTR), and increases partner margins.

Partner Acquisition & Revenue Generation:

  • Pipeline Ownership: Directly hunt and secure predictable, recurring revenue streams by embedding ExtraHop Reveal(x) into the core tech stacks of major MSSPs
  • Co-Sell & Sell-Through: Drive both “sell-to” (the MSSP’s own infrastructure) and “sell-through/with” (leveraging the MSSP’s sales force to pull ExtraHop into enterprise accounts) revenue streams.
  • Executive Relationships: Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-level executives (CEOs, CISOs, CTOs) within the target MSSP ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement:

  • Team Building: Act as a player-coach initially, with the mandate to recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing team of MSSP Account Managers and Channel Solutions Architects as the business scales.
  • Enablement Ecosystem: Partner with ExtraHop Technical Marketing and Sales Enablement to build specialized onboarding, technical training, and co-marketing (MDF) programs tailored for MSSPs.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the MSSP partner internally, providing feedback to Product Management regarding multi-tenancy, API integrations, and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications

●      10+ Years in Cybersecurity Sales: A proven track record of selling enterprise-grade security software (preferably NDR, EDR, SIEM, or XDR).

●      5+ Years of Dedicated MSSP/MDR Leadership: Direct experience owning, scaling, and structuring deals with major MSSPs (e.g., Optiv, Secureworks, Verizon, Deloitte, Expel).

●      Proven “Zero-to-One” Success: Experience building a new route-to-market, division, or partner program from scratch within an established tech company.

●      Complex Commercial Structuring: Deep familiarity with usage-based, multi-tenant, and utility pricing models.

Preferred Qualifications

●      High Technical Acumen: Ability to speak authoritatively with MSSP SOC Directors and CTOs about architecture, APIs, and integration ecosystems.

●      Strong Operational Discipline: Ability to accurately forecast revenue based on a partner led managed service sales motion rather than direct to customer sales motion.

●      Gravitas & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-party enterprise deal cycles.
